Returns & Refunds policy

I am committed to providing you with the highest quality artwork and a smooth shopping experience. I hope the information provided below will help you in your decision to buy my artwork.

Shipping

  • Worldwide Shipping: Apart from some countries that are not serviceable from my area, global shipping is available. Please provide a reliable shipping address for seamless shipping.

  • Processing Time: A painting is processed for packaging and shipping once your order is placed and payment confirmation is received. An artwork is a valuable commodity so I request 3-4 business days to carefully prepare and package your artwork for safe travel.

  • Packaging: Paintings are wrapped securely with protective materials. Small to medium pieces may be shipped in sturdy boxes, and extra large pieces in crates or tubes, depending on the clients requirements.

  • Delivery Time:

  • Domestic: usually 7–10 business days

  • International: usually 10–14 business days, depending on your country’s postal services and customs clearance.

  • Customs & Duties: For international deliveries, any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

I try to offer a hassle-free return policy under the following conditions:

1) If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • Return Period: You may return the artwork within 7 days of receiving it. If you notify me after 7 days, I cannot offer you a refund.

  • Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refund Method: Once I have received the artwork in its original condition, I will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

  • Return Shipping Method: Please package the artwork securely to prevent damage during return shipping. For a full refund, a painting must be returned in the same condition that you received it in, in the original shipping container, and be returned with all accompanying certificates and paperwork received with your order.

2) In the rare event that your painting arrives damaged or gets lost in transit

  • When your artwork is delivered, if you notice any damage to the box, please take a photo of the damage before you open the painting and call us immediately at the number provided in the invoice.

  • Notify Me: Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at moasoaierart@gmail.com Sending a few photos of the damaged package and artwork will help me resolve the issue quickly

  • Resolution Options: I can offer a replacement (if a similar piece is available), a store credit, or a full refund, depending on your needs.

  • To complete your return, I require the all accompanying certificates and paperwork received with the artwork. We require that you use a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are borne by the returnee and non-refundable.

  • Non-Returnable: If damage occurs after receiving the artwork or I am not notified within 48 hours.

  • If an artwork gets lost in transit: Such situations are rare, but if such an event occurs a full refund will be initiated with no questions asked.

Cancellations : If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, your artwork may already be prepared for shipping, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Return Process : To initiate a return or raise a concern, please contact me at moasoaierart@gmail.com. You can also reach me on the WhatsApp number provided on the invoice. I will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork to my business address. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
